Mother’s Day is one of our favorite days of the year at The Edison, it’s a chance to slow down, get everyone around one table, and treat the moms in your life to a really good meal (without anyone having to cook or clean up after).

Whether you’re planning ahead or pulling something together last minute, we’re here to make it easy and enjoyable.

We’ll be serving our Mother’s Day brunch in a setting that feels special without being over the top. Big windows, views of Cascades Park, and plenty of space for groups of all sizes. It’s the kind of place where you can dress up a little, bring the whole family, and settle in for a relaxed, celebratory meal.

Expect a well-rounded brunch menu with a little something for everyone. Our savory favorites, lighter options, and a few indulgent touches that make it feel like a proper occasion. Add a cocktail, a glass of wine, or keep it simple with coffee and take your time catching up around the table.

Mother’s Day tends to be one of our busiest services of the year, and reservations do fill up quickly. If you have a time in mind, we recommend booking sooner rather than later so you can get exactly what you’re looking for.
