Cheers to 10 Years

Ten years ago, the lights came back on inside a building that once powered our city.

What stood quietly for decades along what is now Cascades Park, began humming again, this time with conversation, music, and the warmth of people gathered around a table. When The Edison opened, it was more than a restaurant. It was a revival of a historic space and a hope that Tallahassee would embrace something both timeless and new.

Over the past decade, these brick walls have held countless memories. First dates that turned into anniversaries. Graduation dinners at sunset. Wedding toasts beneath glowing bulbs. Corporate milestones, nonprofit celebrations, and ordinary weeknights made special simply because they were shared here.

There is something deeply meaningful about being chosen for life’s important moments.

Trends change and menus evolve, but what endures is connection. For ten years, you have trusted us with your celebrations, your families, your stories. You have made this building feel alive.

We are endlessly grateful to our guests and to the team members who have poured care into every plate and every cocktail. Ten years in business is not just a milestone. It is a reflection of a community that continues to gather, support local, and raise a glass together.

Here’s to a decade of memories in a space that once powered Tallahassee and now powers connection.

From all of us at The Edison, thank you.
