    The Edison’s Beer Garden is unique private small venue tucked in a private secluded section on the ground level of The Edison’s stunning outdoor space. Featuring a private built in bar and the historic circular staircase salvaged from the historic building, the Beer Garden is perfect for stylish cocktail style gatherings.

    Full Venue - Exclusive Use Rate Varies by Season

    The full Edison restaurant can be rented for a private event. This necessitates closing the restaurant to the public and requires particular coordination and advance planning. Please contact us to discuss whether a full property rental can be arranged for your special occasion.

A thoughtfully composed three-course menu curated by our Executive Chef and inspired by the season’s finest ingredients.

This plated format offers a refined and cohesive dining experience, with each course designed to complement the next. The seasonal menu is presented uniformly to all guests, ensuring seamless service and a beautifully executed evening.

Menus rotate quarterly and reflect peak-availability ingredients and market selections.


Tier 2 $95

An elevated three-course dinner allowing guests to select between two chef-composed entrées on the evening of your event. This format blends personalization with polished, coordinated service for a refined dining experience.

Includes: Artisan Salad, Choice of four chef-selected entrées paired with seasonal accompaniments, Dessert course.


Tier 3 $110

A formal four-course plated dinner offering guests a selection of four chef-curated entrées.

Designed for milestone celebrations and distinguished gatherings, this format provides the highest level of customization while maintaining refined, coordinated service.

Includes: Starter course, Artisan Salad or soup, Choice of four chef-selected entrées paired with seasonal accompaniments, Dessert course

Final entrée selections and guest counts are required 14 days prior to the event. Place cards indicating each guest’s entrée selection are required to ensure seamless service execution.

The Experience

Our professional mixologists design and prepare signature cocktails tailored specifically to your event. Blending premium spirits with house-made syrups, tinctures, and seasonal infusions, each drink is thoughtfully composed and artfully presented with storytelling that highlights the inspiration and craft behind every creation.

Customization

Signature Cocktail Design: Select 2–4 custom cocktails inspired by your theme, season, or color palette.
Classic Foundations: Timeless recipes reimagined with modern technique and elevated ingredients.
Seasonal Elements: Fresh herbs, house infusions, and curated bitters create distinctive, memorable flavors.

Presentation

Cocktails are prepared with subtle theatrical flair. From smoked rosemary sprigs to citrus flame finishes and striking glassware, turning each pour into both a showpiece and a conversation starter.

*Venue rental fees do not include food and beverage cost. Tax and service charge will be applied at booking. Additional fees may apply. All food and beverage must be provided exclusively by The Edison. The Edison does not host ceremonies without purchase of full reception in another private space on premises. A licensed and insured coordinator is required for all ceremonies.
