To provide the best experience for all guests, we are unable to accept reservations before the booking window opens.

Once reservations open, available dining times will be listed on Resy. If reservations are sold out, guests can use Resy's Notify feature to be alerted if a table becomes available.

No. Graduation weekends feature a special graduation menu designed specifically for this high-volume celebration weekend.

A full-service bar will be available throughout the day.

We proudly welcome graduates and families from Florida State University, Florida A&M University, Tallahassee State College, and all surrounding colleges and universities.

Absolutely! A children's menu or child pricing, if offered, will be available at time of dining.

Yes. We are happy to accommodate many gluten-free dietary needs whenever possible. Many items on our menu are naturally gluten-free, however we do not provide gluten-free alternatives to each item.

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation so our culinary team can prepare accordingly.

While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment due to shared kitchen facilities.

At this time, we are unable to offer a dedicated vegan menu.

Some items on our menu will be vegetarian (such as vegetable sides and salads), some items may contain no meat but may contain dairy or egg.

We welcome large family celebrations whenever possible. During university graduation weekends, our private event spaces are not available, as the restaurant space is fully dedicated to graduation dining service.

No. Graduation dining at The Edison is an in-restaurant experience. UberEats and DoorDash delivery services will not be available on this day.

To ensure a seamless dining experience for all of our graduation guests, we ask that tables remain free of personal decorations and displays.

Our tables become available at your reservation time, and we are unable to accommodate early access for decorating, we can not accept deliveries of cakes, floral arrangements, or other items before your arrival.

Please leave balloons, signs, banners, backdrops, photo displays, confetti, glitter, powdered pigments, and other decorations at home. Outside food and beverages are also not permitted.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide exceptional service for every family celebrating this special occasion.

No. We can not accept deliveries of cakes, floral arrangements, or other items before your arrival. We can not hold cakes in our back of house area, or in our fridges.

Please note that select graduation dates feature our special graduation fixed price menu exclusively. Our regular lunch, dinner, and brunch menus will not be available.

Because graduation is one of our busiest times of the year, promotional offers, coupons, discounts, and Happy Hour specials are not available.

We also do not offer private event bookings on graduation dates. Our restaurant is dedicated to serving all grad guests in a public dining setting.

We kindly ask that larger parties book as a single reservation whenever possible.

While we'll always do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that separately booked reservations can be seated together or adjacent due to the complexity of graduation service.
